Implementation of probation and aftercare programs

• On the direction of the Hon'ble Court, the suspension of punishment of persons convicted of first and minor offenses should be fixed and kept in the family / social environment under the supervision of probation officer and made amendments for self-sufficiency.

• To provide education and vocational training to detainees.

• Improve and improve the child's mentality through counseling under the supervision of a probation officer / social case worker at a juvenile / adolescent development center, without imprisoned children.

• Release of detained juvenile detainees with the help of task force committee / transfer to juvenile / adolescent development center.

• Skill development training of released prisoners.

• Release of women arrested in jail subject to conditions.

• Rehabilitation of released prisoners / entrants socially and economically.

• Entries / persons convicted by the court of incorporation.

• Children / adolescents exposed to the law.

• Any woman who has been imprisoned for a period of more than five years, who has been sentenced to life imprisonment for life imprisonment, life imprisonment and sedition, explosives law, arms law and drug related law, has been sentenced to five percent imprisonment.

• Deadline / order issued by the wise court

• Within 25 working days after getting approval of the Criminal Correction and Rehabilitation Society / Upazila / City Social Services Program Implementation Committee regarding the rehabilitation.

• Probation Office (District Social Service Office and Deputy Commissioner's Office located in the district).

• All Upazila Social Service Offices (excluding Sadar Upazila).

• City Social Service Office (Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi and Khulna Divisional Cities).
